Rooms were very pleasant. The location was great with different means of transport, tram bus or metro to the Duomo.

the staff were outstandingly accommodating and the design was nice. good and excellent location in a nice area, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

good location, with tram no. 2 you get directly to the cathedral and the Navigli Grande, subway easy to reach & great restaurant. How come also a 4th time again :-)

The location was perfect for Milan, so close to attractions, department stores, boutiques and many cafes and restaurants. Being steps away from Xi Jia de Ravioli Freschi was nice, we had dinner there.

The setting was not great.

The room was ok size ,we were with a small child that slept with us on the bed.

I did not like the hotel and will not stay there again, the staff at the reception was rude, no help with baggage, the staff was with bad English. the location was very noisy, i could feel the trams in the 4th floor, imagine on 1st and second.We had to pay for internet.

The staff was attentive . The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing an excellent retreat from the busy atmosphere outside.

The trams during rush hours were often quite packed, making travel less comfortable.

The breakfast was very extensive and varied. We were there well before the indicated check in time and immediately got a room. Since our booked category was not ready yet, we get a free upgrade:). Very nice and friendly staff!

Everything was fine

Very good hotel and excellent staff. The room was very nicely decorated, new and perferctly clean. Breakfast was also good. I do recommend this hotel. Staff at check-in and throughout the stay was really super. The website hotel.com allowed me to book a room for 4 people and 2 queen- size beds, but this was a mistake of the website. Hotel staff gave us a bigger room (one twin bed plus a sofa-bed) at no extra cost, although the hotel was nearly full and was extremely helpful (also with internet use, etc.).

One minor complaint: tv in the breakfast room. The volume was too loud and set on a channel and porgram of no interest to anybody there (it was in Italian language and the people were all foreigners!!!). The volume was eventually lowered by a waitress. If you really want the tv on, set it on cnn or similar... Second (but this is not a complaint, just a suggestion): the hotel is not located in the city centre (you need to walk 5 minutes to the nearest metro station and then a few stops and you are there), so if you want the city centre, this is not the best location.

Bathroom layout lacking privacy!!! Consider enhancing the air conditioning control!!! Lighting in common areas appears dated!!! Welcome signage from transport connections needs clarity!!! Maintenance responsiveness could be improved!!!

the room was spacious, and quite clean. the hotel has standard holiday inn features. they provide slippers, bathrobe, kettle for tea in the room. breakfast was good as well. if you are planning to visit Milan by car, you can use parking of hotel which costs 12 euro/day. otherwise, you can also park outside the street. the location was alright. there is a direct tram that goes to duomo every 8-9 minutes. Then you can use metro to go to other places.

the bed was not very comfortable, one side of it was sunken down a bit. internet was 3 euro/hour.

I had a lovely stay! The breakfast was a good spread, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed with spacious rooms. I would definitely choose this place again!
